Wyld is seeking a Production Lead to supervise daily operations in a fast-paced cannabis edibles facility located in Oregon. You will mentor production staff, open/close shifts, and ensure timely, accurate production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Lead or supervisory experience in a food production or kitchen environment.
• Effective English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time and keep shifts on schedule.
• Experience with kitchen safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Prep, mix, cook, produce and store all facility consumables and products.
• Ensure equipment and workstations are prepared and functioning.
• Maintain QA/QC standards for weights, appearance and flavor.
• Manage team time to meet daily production goals.
• Communicate effectively across levels; raise safety or quality concerns.
