Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Packaging Lead to prepare and package products for distribution in our Oregon facility. You will open/close shifts, support a fast-paced packaging team, and maintain high quality standards throughout production.

The role requires at least 1 year in food manufacturing with lead/supervisory experience, strong communication, and adherence to safety regulations. Competitive hourly wages include comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Ability to lead or supervise teams and train staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and ensure product quality.
• Manage packaging flow and ensure adequate stock at each station.
• Coach Packaging Support staff and train teammates with Supervisors.
