Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years manufacturing experience, or top performer in a Fisher Barton Production team.
• Basics of Project Management.
• Directing Others, Motivating Others, Influencing Others.
• Manage and Measuring Work, Time Management.
• Basics of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic Math and computer skills; experience training teams.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and ethics procedures.
• Lead one or more production teams and communicate with Plant leadership.
• Train team members in LEAN tools and conduct Gemba walks.
• Monitor work in process to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities and identify efficiency gains.
• Assist in hiring processes and orient new hires.
• Provide role modelling in safety, attendance and performance.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and ensure 5S discipline.
• Resolve production problems and maintain time records.
• Ensure cost-effective processes and lowest labor costs.
