Fisher Barton in Loves Park, IL is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role oversees floor operations, production planning, and distribution, leading machining and programming tasks while training operators to achieve sales and production goals with quality and process improvements.

You will drive Lean initiatives, 5S, and daily management tools to monitor safety, quality, delivery and productivity, coordinating with HR and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience troubleshooting, problem-solving, and implementing improvements to meet production goals.

Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding safety, continuous improvement, productivity and quality.
• Assign duties based on staffing, machine capabilities and work orders.
• Lead and train operators; ensure training and orientation for new hires.
