Job summary

Fisher Barton seeks a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Watertown, WI. You will maintain electrical, hydraulic and PLC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot facility and emergency systems.

The role requires strong problem solving, record-keeping, and teamwork to support safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities include following PM procedures, inspecting and repairing equipment, logging maintenance activities, and collaborating with engineering and supervisors to

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 3 years experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent.
Broad experience maintaining and repairing Electrical, Hydraulics and Mechanical device systems.
Able to read, write, and communicate English effectively.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Fisher Barton Safety and Quality procedures and regulations.
Read PM procedures, interpret basic engineering drawings and schematics, and understand statistical process trends.
Inspect, test, measure, repair, and replace mechanical equipment; complete daily maintenance tasks.
Log time, task completion, and PM results using a computer.
Collaborate with technicians, engineering & leads to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
Maintain upkeep of 5S and housekeeping in the work area.
