SWEP is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift in Tulsa, OK. The role requires leading and developing the production team to achieve daily/weekly quality, cost, safety, and morale goals. Onsite work, with responsibilities spanning safety, lean initiatives, and cross-department coordination.
The candidate should have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, plus commercial or technical education. ISO environment exposure is a plus and effective communication is essential for shift-to-shift

Lead and develop production related activities. Lead production team in meeting and exceeding daily/weekly Quality, Cost, Safety and Morale measurements. Perform other duties as per request of supervisors within agreed job competences.
Work Arrangement : Onsite
2nd shift - Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
