The annual compensation range for this position is $42,000.00 - $63,000.00, with the actual salary based on geographic location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level.

Purpose Statement: Responsible for supervising and managing activities directly related to the daily business needs, including directing and leading, managing daily production workload, quality, cross-training, skill development, and time off approvals. This role operates under limited supervision, exercising moderate discretion and independent judgment, providing immediate supervision to a team of two or more employees, assigning tasks, checking work, maintaining schedules, completing performance appraisals, and recommending job classifications.

Key Job Accountabilities
  1. Assign work based on daily department needs, ensure quality products, and meet department metrics.
  2. Conduct leadership activities such as approving time off, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance.
  3. Communicate daily schedules, goals, and quality concerns to team members and support staff to meet customer expectations.
  4. Ensure personnel are trained on build instructions and compliant with all training requirements, flexing team members' tasks based on skills and schedules.
  5. Support and lead improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency, including developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience required; more preferred.
  • Basic decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Supervision and team-building skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Basic data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit/stand for the shift, reach, lift up to 45 lbs, use fine motor skills, and meet visual acuity standards.
