Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Lead to partner with the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily floor operations. You will help ensure safety, quality, and throughput while maintaining compliance with product specifications and food safety requirements.

The role requires strong shift coordination and experience in manufacturing, with the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. This is a full-time on-site position at Niagara Bottling facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years experience in the position.
• 4 years experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicate with prior shift about challenges and opportunities for the production lines.
• Conduct shift walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality.
• Assist with batching minerals and preparing lines for changeovers.
• Order and inspect raw materials for correct inventories; perform first pass quality checks.
• Verify jobs in Oracle, WMS, and Line Management System.
• Support supervisor with hourly/end-of-shift production reports.
• Comment on line downtime using Efficiency Improvement Tools and escalate as needed.
• Adhere to GMP, food safety standards, and safety programs.
