Encoder Products Company is seeking a Production Lead to oversee the production process for specific product lines in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure all specifications and quality requirements are met while maintaining timely delivery schedules.

You will organize workers, instruct on proper procedures, and monitor safety. The role includes updating line data, cross-training, and optimizing processes to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in manufacturing assembly or leading teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
  • Ability to supervise a team and meet delivery schedules.

Description

A Production Lead oversees the production process for specific product lines. They ensure that the product is produced in accordance with all specifications, quality requirements, and in a timely manner to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

Job Detail
  • Full time with benefits
  • Day shift
  • Entry rate $18.50/hr or DOE
Essential Functions
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (when required)
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Use of upper body, arms, and hands throughout the day
  • Lifting 10-20 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
  • Bending, stooping, and reaching overhead throughout the day to reach materials to move or pickup
  • Normal color vision (due to different colored wires)
  • Able to work regularly with epoxy, glues, sealants
