Job Summary

Leads the production team to meet daily production goals in alignment with company policies and quality system.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Oversee and support daily production activity
• Prepare and maintain production documents, shipping log and inventory
• Inspect orders
• Create and inspect labels
• Collaborate with manager to establish, communicate, and execute measurable production and cultural goals to deliver uncompromised safety, quality, service, and performance objectives in support of production operations.
• Implement production operations to meet prescribed productivity and quality goals to ensure adherence with production schedules and quality system.
• Anticipate problem issues before they arise and take corrective action.
• Coaches the production team towards common objectives.
• Apply sound motivational and correctional techniques, including coaching and disciplinary actions, to comply with production protocols and SOPs.
• Assign specific duties to personnel in order to achieve daily production goals.
