Job summary

Align Search Partners is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-growing organization in Wisconsin. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance while building a strong production team on the floor.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, visible on the production floor, focused on developing employees, improving processes, and holding teams accountable to operational goals. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience managing production teams, supervisors, and frontline employees.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and employee performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and schedule goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop Production Supervisors, Leads, and production staff.
• Set clear performance expectations and promote accountability across the team.
• Monitor production KPIs such as throughput, efficiency, downtime, labor, scrap, yield, and quality.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, workflow, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, cross-training, performance management, and development.
• Lead daily production meetings and communicate priorities and expectations.
• Help build scalable processes and a strong production culture as the company grows.
