Kaas Tailored is seeking an entry-level Production Kitter to support our team with material flow and final assembly for furniture and aerospace components. You will read production notes, use hand tools, and follow directions to maintain high-quality standards in a lean environment.
Shifts run 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays. The role emphasizes being a systematic thinker, a quick learner, and enjoying hands-on work.
THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION
As a Production Kitter, you will be responsible for supporting our team with the flow of materials and products. Our team performs final assembly and upholstery for furniture products for the hospitality and retail industries, as well as creating highly engineered subcomponents built of foam for aerospace upholstery products. Individuals in this position are comfortable using hand tools, able to read and comprehend production notes, and able to follow directions to maintain our high-quality standards. Individuals who thrive in this environment are systematic thinkers, quick learners, and love to work with their hands.
Regular schedule is 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday - Thursday. Potential overtime opportunities on Fridays.
