Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the schedule and call for batches from the meat room.
• Weigh all ingredients and record weight before batching.
• Record lot numbers and supplier for each ingredient used.
• Notify Q.C and supervisor of any unusual batch characteristics.
• Follow batch sheet guidelines and record batching information (gravy weight, water, temps, mixer RPM, final batch weight).
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen during can size changeovers or as directed by Supervisor.
