Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Industry Experience: Manufacturing or warehouse; knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret batching sheets to determine order and quantity of ingredients.
• Stage ingredients to be batched and clean totes to contain the batches.
• Record production data including lot numbers, supplier, batch date code and plan number.
• Inspect each ingredient bag for damage, foreign material, lumps, odor, infestation or expiry.
• Batch and weigh ingredients into totes, label and stage totes.
• Keep operator batches 15 ahead of production schedule.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain a GMP-friendly environment.
