Responsibilities

• Fills in for employees during breaks and absences while maintaining plant operations.
• Fully operate all necessary equipment in assigned area.
• Record downtime, can loss, lot numbers, temperature, and other report documents.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to standard.
• Perform weekly sanitation.
• Participates as a member of the Team and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
