Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble high-quality food in appropriate portions following recipes.
• Prepare vegetables, grains and proteins for cold bars, pizzas, wraps, entrees and other applications; marinades and dressings as directed.
• Accurately weigh, label, and record product information.
• Monitor and record temperatures at regular intervals; maintain sanitary, orderly work areas.
• Document out-of-stock and waste items per department procedures; maintain knowledge of deli products.
