Job summary

Montana Ale Works in Bozeman is hiring a prep cook to create our from-scratch menu items. You will perform knife work, build sauces and dressings, make stocks, and process proteins as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.

Hours are 6:00am–2:00pm, with pay at $20–$22 per hour plus tips. We offer health/dental/vision insurance, free shift meals, employee discounts, wellness program perks, and a $2/hour summer bonus for June–September. A great place to grow in the culinary industry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work well as a team, follow instructions, be self motivated, organized, clean.

Responsibilities

• Prep cook duties include making menu items from scratch, knife work, building sauces and dressings, making stocks, processing proteins, and more.
• Must be available from 6:00am until 2:00pm.
• Prep positions start at 6:00am and typically run until around 2:00pm, freeing up your day for activities.
