Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production support, material coordination, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting or participating in weekly production planning activities.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, BOMs, and material requirements lists.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office; ERP/MRP experience preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment.
• Willing to work extended hours, overtime, or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and stage production kits to support weekly and daily build plans.
• Verify kit completeness against inventory systems, BOMs, and engineering requirements.
• Track shop-level material inventory quantities and monitor consumption trends.
• Identify low-stock or at-risk materials and escalate to planning and supply chain teams.
• Ensure no production start occurs without confirmed material readiness.
• Coordinate with planning and supply chain teams to resolve shortages, discrepancies, or incorrect material.
• Maintain shop readiness at the start of each week and participate in weekly planning reviews.
• Support 5S and audit-ready staging areas; drive material flow improvements.
