Job summary

KYOCERA Precision Tools in Wapakoneta, OH, is seeking an organized Operations and Inventory Support Coordinator to coordinate purchasing, inventory control and material flow across the facility.

The role includes production support, shipping/receiving duties, and maintaining accurate records within the QMS framework. A hands-on approach helps you tackle day-to-day operational challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer and software skills required.
• Ability to follow established procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & vendor support: research products, obtain pricing, process requisitions and POs, monitor orders, follow up with vendors.
• Inventory & material control: receive, issue, transfer materials, verify receipts, maintain inventory, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies.
