Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems LLC is seeking a Contract Supply Chain Operations Coordinator for first shift, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, in Kentucky. The role focuses on warehouse and materials management, shipping, receiving, and inventory, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining dock conditions, operating hand tools, identifying KPIs, conducting inventories, and coordinating with QA/QC teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving.
• Ability to obtain a Massachusetts Class 3A hoisting license.
• Understanding of ERP functionality and warehouse operations.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and G-Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the loading dock condition and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Operate hand tools and small power tools safely.
• Move materials with pallet jacks, powered jacks, and forklifts.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies for logistics functions.
• Receive, verify, and stock items per PO.
• Conduct inventories, cycle counts, and audits; report findings.
