• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts if needed.
• Proficiency with ERP software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach production personnel in assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and housekeeping.
• Maintain records and document processes for tracking.
• Analyze production metrics and implement improvements.
• Perform first-piece quality checks and train staff.
