Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to align manufacturing output with customer demand. You will create daily production schedules, manage MOs, and oversee inventory while serving as the link between Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Mold Management system, managing Infor Cloud item setups, and coordinating with vendors and customers on availability and delivery timing. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in manufacturing or accounting context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review inventories and item shipping reports and forecast demand.
• Prepare daily production schedules and MOs based on demand.
• Communicate schedule changes with production and customer service.
• Assist forecasting to maximize production efficiency.
• Provide daily production and schedule control reporting.
• Maintain Mold Management system and life cycle of molds.
• Manage item setup in Infor Cloud and vendor coordination.
• Verify raw material receipts and pricing updates.
• Issue purchase orders and assist with PO discrepancies.
• Collaborate with customer service on product availability.
• Participate in quarterly finished goods inventory and BOM updates.
• Communicate with site leaders about delays and materials.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
