Job summary

Phoenix Color Corp. is seeking a Production & Sample Coordinator to prepare samples for production orders, assemble job bags, and ensure documentation accuracy. The role supports material sorting and production workflows in a busy printing environment.

The position includes inventory receiving, records maintenance, and coordination with vendors and freight carriers to ensure timely, accurate processing of shipments. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare product samples for production orders.
• Assemble and organize job bags with all required materials and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of samples and job packets prior to production.
• Support sorting and staging of materials for production use.
• File and maintain organized records of job bags, orders, and samples.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
• Support administrative organization of production workflows.
• Receive incoming goods into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match packing lists to purchase orders and verify quantities and items received.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the processing system.
• Track Bills of Lading (BOLs) for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Communicate with freight carriers to obtain pricing and shipment details.
• Enter freight and shipping data for accounting and cost tracking purposes
