Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research is seeking an IT Support Engineer to administer business-critical applications and managed file-transfer processes in a production environment. You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, product teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deploy, test, and support secure file-delivery workflows.

Location is Phoenix, AZ (in-office 3 days/week). You will help deploy Azure DevOps pipelines, support production releases, and troubleshoot integration

Qualifications

• Experience supporting applications, production environments, integrations, or managed file-transfer processes.
• Familiarity with SFTP, ETL processes, file-delivery workflows, or related integration protocols.
• Familiarity with GitHub, source-code repositories, and continuous integration concepts.
• Experience with PowerShell or another scripting language.

Responsibilities

• Support third-party integrations that rely on managed file transfer and secure delivery workflows.
• Administer and troubleshoot SFTP-based applications and workflows; assist migration to JSCAPE.
• Monitor production applications and coordinate deployments; align with Platform Engineering.
• Review integration behavior, scripts, and supporting code to improve reliability.
• Gather requirements from product teams and stakeholders; translate to technical specs.
• Support frequent production releases with established controls and validation.
