Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or operations environments.
• Proven track record leading projects, teams, workstreams, or cross-functional improvement efforts.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, or develop others.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and drive issues to closure.
• Ability to balance technical work, team priorities, and leadership responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Industrial Engineers supporting Denver production operations.
• Balance direct technical contribution with team leadership and day-to-day execution support.
• Drive a change-agent culture within the IE team and across production organizations.
• Help prioritize team workload based on business impact, operational risk, and production need.
• Coach engineers toward stronger problem ownership, technical judgment, and cross-functional influence.
• Partner across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, Quality, and Program teams to improve execution and resolve complex issues.
• Support adoption of improved processes, tools, automation, and standardized ways of working.
• Strengthen team operating mechanisms, knowledge transfer, succession depth, and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted technical and leadership resource to the Industrial Engineering Manager and production leadership.
