Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Production Hand Packager (Temporary) in Minnesota. The role involves manual packaging, basic quality checks, and handling of boxes and pallets on a day shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm.

Your responsibilities include assembling, binding, and packaging materials, performing quality control checks, and preparing orders for shipment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; training to operate equipment will be provided.

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Hand Packager (Temporary).

Your Responsibilities:

• Assembles, binds, and/or packages materials and products manually
• Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance
• Folds & tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets according to direction

Your Shift:

Monday to Friday

• Shift Hours 6:00am to 2:00pm

You Must Have:

• Comfortability training to operate equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer

• High School Diploma or the equivalent

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 – 18. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
