Job summary

Taylor Corporation is hiring a Production Hand Packager/Finisher in Bloomington, IL. You will assemble, package, and finish products while ensuring orders meet quality standards.

The role requires experience with manufacturing equipment, the ability to follow procedures, and strong attention to detail. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with DailyPay options available.

• Perform basic quality checks, including measuring, weighing, counting, strength testing, and inspecting product and package appearance
• Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and prepare products for shipment
• Stack completed boxes on pallets according to job requirements
• Follow job instructions and established production procedures
• Maintain an organized and safe work area

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Hand Packager/Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will assemble, package, and finish products while helping ensure completed orders meet our quality standards.

Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities:

• Assemble, bind, and package materials and finished products
• Perform basic quality checks, including measuring, weighing, counting, strength testing, and inspecting product and package appearance
• Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and prepare products for shipment
• Stack completed boxes on pallets according to job requirements
• Follow job instructions and established production procedures
• Maintain an organized and safe work area

Your Shift:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

You Must Have:

• Experience working with equipment in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to follow established procedures and production guidelines
• Attention to detail and ability to perform basic quality checks
• Ability to work effectively in a production environment

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $17.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This rate is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
