Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Minnesota is seeking an Order Picker to join our team. You will help ensure accurate picking of customer orders and maintain stock integrity across the warehouse.

This role requires using a ring scanner, counting accurately, and working safely in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with teammates to support efficient operations. Work Authorization

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of picking customer orders
• Perform quality checks
• Verify stock availability and stock shelves
• Repackage orders
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Clean and maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain related records

Requirements

• Must be able to use a ring scanner
• Must be able to read, count accurately, and do simple math
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, maintaining and enhancing department goals
• Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
• Self‑motivated and able to multi‑task
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operate machinery and handle products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Preferred

• Experience in pick/packing

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate is $15. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
