Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Order Picker to join our team in Minnesota. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, verifying stock, and performing quality checks to ensure on-time, precise fulfillment. The role requires operation of ring scanners and powered equipment while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

The shift runs 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Prior experience with order picking and physical labor is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a ring scanner, manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift).
• Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple math.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Your Shift

8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

You Must Have

• Must be able to use a ring scanner, manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift)
• Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple math
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goals
• Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
• Self-motivated and able to multi task
• Certification Required for equipment

Requirements Within This Position

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer

• More than 2 years Experience in Pick/Packing

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $19.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The rate listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
