FastTek Global in Lansing, MI seeks a Production Group Leader to optimize the use of personnel, material, and equipment while guiding hourly teams toward Lean and synchronous manufacturing goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Benefits include comprehensive medical, PTO, and 401(k) with company match. You will report to upper leadership and work primarily on site.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Ability to work cross functionally with other teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee effective use of personnel, material, and equipment.
• Train, develop and evaluate hourly team members.
• Lead lean manufacturing/synchronous processes to meet production schedules and costs.
• Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong working relationships with union and management and manage labor relations.
