• Promote safety and remove barriers so teams can work effectively.
• Lead a team of direct reports with performance management and training.
• Communicate policy, objectives, and interface between employees and company.
• Drive lean manufacturing practices (5S, waste reduction) and continuous improvement.
• Identify root causes and lead corrective actions (5 Why’s, 8D’s).
• Own departmental KPIs and ensure production plans meet customer demands.
