Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI and generative AI solutions for financial services and asset management. You will build LLM-powered applications, data pipelines, and semantic search while collaborating with product teams and risk and security groups.

The role requires strong software engineering and data engineering skills, cloud and CI/CD experience, and a focus on governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM and GenAI applications in production.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, model lifecycle management, and AI application architecture.
• Experience with production AI patterns such as RAG, Agentic AI, NLP-to-SQL, and semantic search.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and generative AI applications.
• Develop LLM-based solutions using patterns like RAG, Agentic AI, and NLP-to-SQL.
• Build scalable services and APIs for AI/ML applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and risk management.
