Job summary

Synechron seeks a hands-on GenAI Lead/Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions in New York, NY. You will architect agentic AI, multi-agent workflows, and scalable RAG pipelines, while enabling business process automation and knowledge management.

Responsibilities include building REST APIs, microservices, AI monitoring, and driving DevOps/MLOps practices. You will mentor teams and translate business needs into scalable AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/AI or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and LLMs with prompt engineering and tool integration.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise GenAI platforms.
• Design Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows using modern libraries.
• Build scalable RAG pipelines, vector search, and embedding workflows.
• Develop AI solutions for automation, knowledge management, and conversational interfaces.
• Mentor engineers and drive enterprise AI best practices.
