Job summary

Synechron is seeking a hands-on GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. You will focus on Agentic AI, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, and scalable AI platform engineering.

The role requires strong Python skills, REST API development, and experience with FastAPI/Flask. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive DevOps/MLOps practices across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and LLMs with prompt engineering.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise GenAI platforms and applications.
• Design Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or Llama Index.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector searches, embedding workflows and enterprise knowledge systems.
• Develop AI solutions for business processes, knowledge management, and document handling.
• Build scalable APIs and microservices using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Implement AI monitoring, governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Drive cloud deployment, CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish enterprise AI best practices.
