Job summary

Red Gold Tomatoes is seeking a production operator to support daily operations on the production floor. Responsibilities include paste delivery, seamer operation, and related tasks, with emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Candidates must perform manual labor, follow basic instructions, and maintain accuracy in paperwork while working 45–60 hours weekly with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform responsibilities such as paste delivery, utility, seamer operator, relief, depalletizer and other tasks as directed by supervisor.
• During downtime, clean and sweep floors; keep area neat and orderly.
• Be knowledgeable of all job functions related to production and work with team to meet goals.
• Adhere to all company policies, GMPs and safety regulations.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing assistance to production floor crews. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform responsibilities as paste delivery, utility, seamer operator, relief, depalletizer, diced tomato pumping, ingredient weighing, etc. as directed by supervisor
• During periods of downtime, clean and/or sweep floor
• Keep area neat and orderly
• Be knowledgeable of all job functions related to production
• Work as a team player with members of the crew and others in the plant
• Adhere to all Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMPs and safety

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
