Job summary

Red Gold is seeking a Production Associate to support on the plant floor in our Orestes, IN facility. This role ensures smooth operations, adheres to GMP and safety standards, and supports multiple production functions as directed.

You will work 45-60 hours per week, with overtime as needed, and collaborate with team members to meet quality goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to understand and follow basic instructions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform responsibilities such as paste delivery, utility, seamer operator, relief, depalletizer, diced tomato pumping, and ingredient weighing as directed by supervisor.
• Clean and/or sweep floor during downtime.
• Keep area neat and orderly.
• Be knowledgeable of all job functions related to production.
• Work as a team with crew members and others in the plant.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform responsibilities as paste delivery, utility, seamer operator, relief, depalletizer, diced tomato pumping, ingredient weighing, etc. as directed by supervisor
• During periods of downtime, clean and/or sweep floor
• Keep area neat and orderly
• Be knowledgeable of all job functions related to production
• Work as a team player with members of the crew and others in the plant
• Adhere to all Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMP’s and safety

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
