Job summary

Red Gold is seeking a production associate for our Orestes, IN facility. This on-site role supports production floor crews and helps ensure timely, safe processing of products. You will perform duties across packaging and processing lines, maintain clean work areas, and follow GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties such as paste delivery, utility, seamer operator, relief, depalletizer, diced tomato pumping, and ingredient weighing as directed by supervisor.
• During downtime, clean and sweep floor.
• Keep area neat and orderly.
• Be knowledgeable of all production-related job functions.
• Work as a team with crew and plant personnel.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform responsibilities as paste delivery, utility, seamer operator, relief, depalletizer, diced tomato pumping, ingredient weighing, etc. as directed by supervisor
• During periods of downtime, clean and/or sweep floor
• Keep area neat and orderly
• Be knowledgeable of all job functions related to production
• Work as a team player with members of the crew and others in the plant
• Adhere to all Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMP’s and safety

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience

• Must be able to understand and carry out basic instructions while performing manual labor related tasks.
