Job summary

EnviroTech Services is seeking a Production Foreman for our Evans, CO site to lead daily production operations and manage a frontline team. You will drive safety, quality, and throughput while coordinating with maintenance and cross-functional groups to meet targets.

The role requires 5–8+ years in production with leadership experience, strong operational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Expect up to 35% travel and a base salary of $68,640–$87,360 with a 10% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of production/plant experience.
• 2+ years in leadership roles preferred.
• Strong operational, technical, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and plant performance.
• Outstanding Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Apps).

Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations and performance by overseeing daily production activities, coordinating workflows, and ensuring targets for safety, quality, and output are consistently achieved.
• Manage and develop the production team by directing staffing, scheduling, performance management, and coaching to drive accountability and growth across all technician levels.
• Own safety and regulatory compliance by enforcing safety standards, leading initiatives, and ensuring a safe working environment across all plant operations.
• Oversee maintenance and equipment reliability by ensuring preventative and corrective maintenance is executed, supporting system uptime, and guiding equipment improvement efforts.
• Drive production planning and operational efficiency by managing resources, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to optimize output.
• Manage administrative and financial responsibilities by overseeing budgets, inventory, purchasing, and reporting to support effective plant operations and decision‑making.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations and customer needs by working with supply chain, logistics, and leadership to ensure smooth product movement and customer satisfaction.
