Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is hiring a Production Foreman to coordinate and schedule all fabrication assignments in our factory environment.

The role focuses on ensuring work is properly assigned and completed with our quality, productivity, and safety standards, while leading a daily production team meeting. You will partner with supervisors and Shop Specialists to review schedules, address deficiencies, and optimize labor targets.

Qualifications

• Must have work experience as a tradesperson or supervisor.
• Experience in maintaining safety and protecting workers in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of construction practices and terminology.
• Ability to read cut sheets, product drawings, engineered plans and truss plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule fabrication assignments to meet production targets.
• Ensure work is completed following quality, productivity, and safety specs.
• Lead daily production team meetings and communicate results to the team.
• Oversee material handling, storage, and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise Prefab team members and assist with hiring and discipline as needed.
