Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Production Foreman to coordinate fabrication and lead the Prefab team at the San Antonio plant. You will schedule work, ensure safety and quality, and partner with supervisors to meet production targets.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong reading of drawings, and a focus on process improvements. The role includes PTO, benefits, and a path to leadership within the factory.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read cut sheets, product drawings and plans.
• Strong safety and quality mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules fabrication assignments.
• Ensures work meets safety and quality specs.
• Reviews production schedules with supervisor and Shop Specialist.
• Manages tool/equipment maintenance and PPE compliance.
• Leads daily production team meetings.
