Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to direct and manage aggregate operations with responsibility for safety, environmental, maintenance, quality, and production activities.

You will ensure compliance with standards and regulations for safe production of a quality product. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of related experience in heavy industrial environments and will lead a tenured, skilled team toward production targets, with focus on daily, weekly, and monthly planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees.
• Knowledge of safety/regulatory requirements.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise hourly production staff.
• Ensure safety and health policies are followed.
• Adhere to environmental programs and regulations.
• Provide training to the hourly workforce.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Plan and schedule plant activities daily, weekly or monthly to hit targets.
• Input to process improvements.
• Participate in project or planning activities beyond day-to-day supervision.
