Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Logan, Utah, is seeking a production supervisor to oversee shift operations in our PCB manufacturing facility. You will supervise production staff, ensure safety, and coordinate with other functional groups to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include enforcing process compliance, training personnel, planning workloads, and driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow written procedures in English.
• Manage production flow and coordinate with other functions to meet customer needs.
• Enforce process compliance and supervise all production shift employees.
• Train, plan, assign, and direct work while addressing complaints.
