The ideal candidate will have a 3–5+ year background in facilities and maintenance, preferably in the PCB/manufacturing sector, with strong cross-functional communication and project oversight abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or technical certification in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of facilities and maintenance management experience, preferably in PCB or manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, budgets, and subcontractors.

• Oversees Facilities and Maintenance Department and Employees.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and facility modifications.
• Plan and inspect construction and installation progress.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning and building requirements.
