Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in production, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

• Release production orders and associated job packets as required per the schedule.
• Collect and reconcile completed job packets.
• Assist schedulers in revising production orders and job packets as needed.
• Assist schedulers in monitoring material availability on production orders.
• Assist in tracking KPIs such as schedule adherence, capacity utilization and on-time delivery.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly to stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional initiatives focused on lead time reduction and flow improvement.
