Job summary

Amphenol Apc is seeking a Production Planning Analyst in Nashua, NH to support Operations, Planning, and Production Control teams. You will track work orders, monitor execution, and escalate issues to maintain the production schedule and meet customer specifications.

You will work with cross-functional teams, use reports to identify issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Three to five years related experience in supply chain/production planning in a manufacturing environment and/or training.
• Strong computer skills to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work cross functionally with many levels of an organization.
• Must be able to work independently, as well as under direction, must be highly motivated and well organized.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor execution of work orders using Production Analysis, Daily Movement Reports, and Work Order Estimated Completion Report.
• Track on time delivery to manufacturing plan.
• Ensure hold and aging work orders are resolved quickly and escalate if not resolved timely.
• Coordinate with management to resolve planning and production control issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete job orders on time and within customer specs.
• Communicate production updates daily to key stakeholders.
• Update MRP system work orders on hold (>1 day) for automated hold reports.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
