Job summary

DanHil Containers II Ltd. is seeking a seasoned production supervisor to lead safety, quality, and efficiency on the manufacturing floor. You will identify hazards, coach staff, and ensure on-time delivery while minimizing waste and optimizing machine use.

The role requires five years of manufacturing supervision and experience with corrugated converting machines. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential. Weekend and shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Five years of experience operating corrugated converting machines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Plan, assign, and direct work for all hourly production employees; appraise performance and provide feedback through regularly-scheduled crew meetings and annual evaluations.
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to minimize hazards and downtime.
Provide leadership on the production floor to achieve safety, health, environmental, and quality goals.
Teach and coach employees in safety, quality, and production through strong communication and machine knowledge.
Monitor production progress to minimize waste and ensure on-time delivery.
