• Monitor performance and provide guidance to staff on the floor.
• Maintain floor inventory and ensure accurate documentation is used.
• Engage with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production problems.
• Conduct and participate in performance reviews and staff development.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous process improvements.
