Job summary

Raining-Ros is seeking a production supervisor to ensure timely and precise execution of all projects, securing labor and material for the floor while maintaining safety and quality targets.

You will lead a team, coordinate line startups, monitor performance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a related field preferred.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and OSHA rules preferred.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of metrics and dashboard development preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production line startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Monitor and report on production line performance.
• Lead and mentor a team to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and guidelines.
• Interface with manufacturing, purchasing and sales on material status to meet schedules.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews.
