You will serve as a key liaison to plant leadership, driving cross-functional initiatives and fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and associate growth. The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, and ERP

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED with 3-5 years in manufacturing, 2-4 years in supervision.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 1-3 years in manufacturing and 2-4 years in supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and ERP system proficiency.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes (ISO, OSHA) and related standards.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, lead and support Production Supervisors in meeting daily/weekly targets.
  • Plan workforce development and succession to build leadership capacity.
  • Mentor teams to improve skills and performance; manage learning and development.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaged culture aligned with company values and growth.
  • Serve as acting Plant Manager when needed and participate in strategic planning.
