Job summary

You will lead daily production meetings, optimize workforce deployment, ensure accurate reporting, and coach staff to meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or sufficient practical experience.
• At least two years of relevant production experience.
• Lean principles knowledge a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow of production staff.
• Lead daily production meetings.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and meet schedules.
• Ensure daily production reporting is accurate (shift reports, attendance, staffing).
• Provide necessary training and materials to meet daily requirements.
• Monitor safety practices and reduce waste and scrap.
• Record attendance, overtime, and shift information.
• Coach and develop staff to improve performance.
